Surface Mount Gravity Pivot Hinge with Hold Open, Bommer 7512-H

The Bommer 7512-H-603 is a surface-mounted gravity pivot hinge designed for doors up to 30 inches wide. This unit features a hold open function, requiring the door to be opened at least 90 degrees to engage the automatic closing mechanism.

Constructed of cast steel with a zinc plated finish, this gravity pivot hinge accommodates door thicknesses ranging from 7/8" to 1-5/8" and supports a maximum door weight of 50 lbs. Sold as a set includes one pivot, one jamb bracket, one top pivot assembly, and mounting hardware.
