The Bommer 7012 is a surface mount spring door pivot hinge, constructed from cast steel. This model accommodates doors up to 36" wide and 2-1/2" thick, with a maximum door weight capacity of 75 lbs.
The hinge provides a maximum swing of 130Āŗ in each direction. Each unit ships as a complete set, including one pivot, door bracket, jamb bracket, and top pivot assembly hardware.
