Order Processing
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on business days are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Most orders ship directly from our warehouse in Pompano Beach, Florida. However, because we offer an extensive catalog of 10,000+ products, some items ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. In either case, your order receives the same care and you will receive full tracking information.
Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday and ship within 1–2 business days from that date.
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and the most efficient delivery route. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

We ship to all 50 US states. Free standard ground shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders of $250 or more at checkout — no coupon code required.

*Free ground shipping applies to the 48 continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are excluded and shipping will be calculated at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery times — transit estimates are provided by the carrier and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

We ship to Canada via UPS and FedEx International. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. These are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency. Doorware.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Backorders & Delays
What happens if there's a delay?
If we become aware of a delay or backorder affecting your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible and proceed according to your instructions — whether that means waiting, substituting, or canceling the affected item.
Once an order has left our warehouse, delivery times are in the hands of UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
