The Bommer 7022 Mortise Mount Spring Door Pivot Hinge is a cast steel unit designed for mortised application, where both top and bottom pivots are installed into the door.
This hinge supports doors up to 36" wide, 2-1/2" thick, and 75 lbs. maximum weight. Sold as a complete set including one pivot, door bracket, jamb bracket, and mounting hardware.
