The Bommer 7412 is a Surface Mount Gravity Door Pivot Hinge, designed for cast brass construction and installation on select door assemblies.

This pivot hinge is engineered to accommodate doors up to 24" wide and 1-7/8" thick, supporting a maximum door weight of 35 lbs.

Each set includes the pivot, jamb bracket, door bracket, top pivot assembly, and mounting hardware required for one door installation.
