The Bommer 7212-626 is a cast brass surface mount spring door pivot hinge, finished in Satin Chrome. Designed for gate or bathroom lavatory doors, it features non-adjustable tension.

This pivot hinge accommodates doors up to 30 inches wide and 1-7/8 inches thick, supporting a maximum door weight of 50 lbs. The assembly includes the pivot, jamb bracket, top pivot assembly, and mounting hardware required for one door installation.
