The Rustic Modern Rectangular Sandcast Bronze Single Cylinder Deadbolt was designed with historic America in mind. Its beautiful styling is reminiscent of days gone by, but it is also injected by the style trends of today for a deadbolt that looks uniquely rustic and contemporary at the same time. A single cylinder deadbolt, it is locked and unlocked by a key from the outside and a thumbturn on the inside. Choose from flat black bronze, medium bronze, and white bronze finishes. It will fit doors with 2-3/4 inch or 2-3/8 inch backsets that are 1-3/4 inches thick to 3 inches thick.

Sandcasting is a process for casting metal in sand molds. The mold is made by packing the sand around a pattern. Molten bronze is then poured into a mold cavity formed out of sand. Each sand mold is used only once. The sand is then recycled for the next piece.
