The Global TH1114KM is an offset door pivot hinge designed for Pitco / PPG Architectural Metals door applications. These pivots accommodate both flush face frame installations and 1/8" recessed door applications, requiring a 3/4" offset for aluminum doors and frames.
Engineered for durability, the pivots feature a weather-resistant aluminum case and full race ball bearing, ensuring smooth operation. The entire door weight rests on the floor-mounted pivot portion, preventing sag.
