The ABH 2400 is a flush wall mount electromagnetic door holder designed for fire and smoke barrier doors. This unit maintains the door in the open position using magnetics until the fire alarm system is triggered, cutting power to the electromagnet to allow the door closer to operate.
Approved by the California Fire Marshall and the City of New York's MEA index set by the Department of Buildings, the door holder provides approximately 35 lbs of holding force when manually closed. The unit features an aluminum finish and accommodates a 2-5/8" door mount diameter.
