The ABH 2300 is a surface-mounted electromagnetic door holder designed for fire and smoke barrier doors. This unit is approved by the California Fire Marshall and the City of New York's Department of Buildings.

When powered, the holder provides approximately 35 lbs of holding force, keeping the door in the open position until the fire alarm triggers and cuts power, allowing the door closer to engage.
