The ABH 2600 is an Electromagnetic Door Holder Floor Mount designed for use with fire or smoke barrier doors in conjunction with fire alarm systems and door closers.

During non-emergency operation, the magnet holds the door open, providing 30 to 40 lbs of holding force until the fire alarm system is triggered, which cuts power to the electromagnet and allows the door closer to operate.
