Features of the Emtek Brisbane Handleset and the ANSI F20 Heavy Duty Lock Body: Keyway: Schlage C UL 180 minute fire rating Deadlocking latch bolt with saw-proof inserts. Anti-pick security latch. When the deadbolt is engaged, the outside thumb press is automatically locked. The latch bolt is retracted by the thumb press / knob / lever on either side, except when the outside thumb press is locked by stop button, then it can only be opened from the exterior by use of the key. Making it ideal for doors you want to automatically lock. This feature can be easily toggled on and off by pressing the stop and release button on the mortise box face. Operating the interior trim retracts both the deadbolt and the latch bolt for emergency egress.

When Selecting a Function:

• Full Dummy Set: Trim for non-working doors. It does not latch and does not lock. Usually used as matching trim for the non-working side of double doors.
• Single Cylinder: From the exterior, a thumb piece operates the handleset latch and a key operates the deadbolt. From the inside, a thumbturn unlocks the deadbolt and a knob/lever operates the latch.
