The Global ED-VR531-AL is a surface-mounted vertical rod touch bar rim exit device with alarm, engineered for heavy-duty industrial and commercial door applications.
This Grade 1 Touch Bar Rim Exit Device is suitable for hollow metal or wood doors lacking projection. For 36" wide doors, the unit comes packaged with an EAK500 Alarm Kit and is non-handed.
The exit device is listed by U.L./U.L.C. and complies with U.L. 10C and UBC 7-2 (1997) for positive pressure. Available options include Non Keyed, Keyed Different, and Keyed Alike.
