The ABH 2100 is a recessed wall mount electromagnetic door holder designed for fire and smoke barrier doors, operating in conjunction with fire alarm systems and door closers.
This unit maintains the door in the open position using magnetic holding force during non-emergency situations. Upon fire alarm activation, power cuts, allowing the door closer to engage. The system is approved by the California Fire Marshal and the City of New York's Department of Buildings.
