The Don-Jo CV-8624-PC Mortise Lock Conversion Plate allows conversion from a single 86 cut out to two 161 cut outs, accommodating a standard tube latch and deadbolt latch.

This filler plate screws into the door edge, replacing the existing mortise lock box to facilitate installation of standard door hardware.
