The Don-Jo CV-2414-SL is a Sargent Integra Mortise Lock Conversion Plate. This filler plate allows for the conversion of an existing Sargent Mortise Lock to accommodate standard tube latches.

To install, remove the original Sargent Mortise Lock box. The filler plate is then screwed into the door edge existing mortise lock holes, allowing the installation of a standard latch.
