The Don-Jo CV-86 Mortise Lock Conversion Plate allows for the conversion of an existing 86 cut out (mortise lock) to a 161 cut out, enabling the installation of a standard tube latch or deadbolt latch.
This filler plate mounts into the door's existing mortise lock holes. Installation requires the plate and two #12-24 x 1/2" Flat Head Machine Screws. Also available are the centered cut-out model, Don-Jo CV-86-C, and the model with two latch holes, Don-Jo CV-8624.
