The Bommer LB4313C-045 is a Half Surface Spring Hinge designed for door hardware applications. The door flange is surface applied to the door, while the jamb flange is mortised into the door jamb.

Each complete package includes a pair of hinges, a Tension Adjusting Tool, Locking Pins, #12 x 1-1/4" wood screws, and 1/4"-20 x 2" machine screws with nuts. These hinges are UL Listed for fire door applications and certified Grade 1 for 1 million cycles.
