This product is a pair of 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" Square Corner Spring Hinges, manufactured by Bommer, designed for demanding door closer and fire door applications.
Constructed from 304 Stainless Steel with a 630 Satin finish, these hinges are UL Listed and certified Grade 1 for 1 million cycles. They fit residential butt hinges with a gage of .123 to .134 and utilize an ANSI template screw hole pattern.
The complete package includes all necessary installation hardware: Tension Adjusting Tool, Locking Pins, #12 x 1-1/4" Wood Screws, and #12-24 x 1/2" machine screws.
