The Bommer LB4312C-350 is a pair of heavy-duty, single-action spring door hinges. Constructed from durable steel, each hinge measures 3-1/2" height by 3-1/2" width with a 5/8" radius corner.
These hinges are tension-adjustable, allowing users to set the desired closing force using the included tension tool and locking pins. They are UL Listed (R-4667) and certified Grade 1 for fire door applications, rated for 1 million cycles.
The package includes the hinges, tension adjusting tool, locking pins, #10 x 3/4" wood screws, and #10-24 x 1/2" machine screws. Available finishes include Satin Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze, and Dark Satin Bronze.
