The Bommer LB4310C-350 is a pair of heavy-duty spring hinges designed for single-action, self-closing fire door applications. Each hinge is UL Listed R-4667 and certified Grade 1, rated for 1 million cycles.

The complete pack includes the hinges, a tension adjusting tool, locking pins, #10 x 3/4" wood screws, and #10-24 x 1/2" machine screws. The hinges feature a durable steel body and utilize an ANSI template screw hole pattern for installation on wood or metal doors.
