The Don-Jo CV-86-C Mortise Lock Conversion Plate is a filler plate designed to convert an existing 86 cut-out mortise lock into a standard 161 cut-out for tube latch installation.

This conversion plate allows installation by screwing into the door's edge existing mortise lock holes, enabling the subsequent installation of a standard latch or deadbolt latch. Sold individually.
