Adams Rite 4089 style door lock indicator. For use with Adams Rite style Mortise Deadbolts and Mortise Hookbolts on 1-3/4" thick aluminum store front doors. Vertical actuator slide on back is in the down position when Indicator reads "LOCKED" in red letters. "OPEN" is in green letters.

Package includes one lock indicator, installation hardware, header sign and instructions. Adhesive backed Header Sign has Black letters on Aluminum color background. Header sign reads "THIS/THESE DOORS TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED".
