PBB B7512H Gravity Door Pivot with Hold Open is a direct fit replacement for Bommer 7512-H Gravity Door Pivot Hinge with Hold Open. Cast Steel construction pivot hinge for doors up to 30 Inches Wide, 7/8" to 1-5/8" Inches Thick with a Maximum Door Weight of 50 lbs.

Hold Open Feature does not require any special installation. Holds door in open position when door is opened at least 90 degrees. To release door simply push door gently.
