Yale YEVY-FMT, Yale Expressions Traditional Farmington Lever with Everly Rosette
The Farmington Lever with Everly Rose is a traditional leverset that was designed with your home in mind. It is easy to install and will fit doors that are 1-3/8 inches to 1-3/4 inches thick with 2-3/8 inch or 2-3/4 inch backsets. Choose from dummy, passage, privacy amd keyed functions. The Yale Expressions Traditional Farmington Lever with Everly Rosette is available in only the most popular finish choices.

- Double Dummy: No door latch. Door levers on both sides of the door.
Lever is surface mounted (rosette screws to the door's face). Package Includes:

- Passage (Hall or Closet): For doors that don't need locking. Latch
operates from either side of door. Package Includes: 2 levers, 2 roses, door latch,
strike plate, dust box, faceplate, spindle, and mounting screws.
- Privacy (Bedroom or Bathroom): For doors that could need privacy locking.
Latch operates from either side. Turnbutton on interior lever engages privacy lock
on both levers; emergency release hole is on exterior lever. Package Includes:
2 levers, 2 roses, door latch, strike plate, dust box, faceplate, spindle, and mounting screws.
- Keyed: Guarded latchbolt operated from outside by key; inside by lever.
Turnbutton on the interior locks outside lever. Outside lever unlocks by key.
