The Bommer 5000-450 is a 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" door hinge designed for medium duty applications. This BHMA certified hinge features a standard plain bearing and is constructed for use with both metal and wood doors.

The hinge includes a full mortise installation and features a 5 knuckle design with button tips. Each unit ships with hardware, including 4 #12 x 1-1/4" wood screws and 8 #12-24 x 1/2" machine screws. Please note this item is being discontinued and remains in limited quantity.
