The Rockwood 555 X 18BFB Lever Extension Flush Bolt with Bottom Fire Bolt is designed for select fire rated hollow metal swinging doors. This unit fits ANSI A115 door and frame preparation and includes a bottom fire bolt, eliminating the need for floor preparation.

When subjected to 230˚F, the integrated plug and black plastic cover melt, allowing the bolt to project and lock the leaves together. The system features an oversized fire bolt strike hole to accommodate slight door misalignment and includes a 1-1/2" adjustable bolt head for installation flexibility.
