The Rockwood RWK-2848 Automatic Flush Bolt with Bottom Fire Bolt is designed for use on select fire rated metal doors, accommodating door types A, B, C, D, and E up to 4' wide x 9' high.
This unit features a thermal lock that automatically secures the inactive door under high heat conditions due to fire. Low closing force reduces installation effort, while an override feature prevents damage if the bolt head is blocked from entering the strike.
Installation accommodates slight door misalignment due to the oversized fire bolt strike hole. The bolt head rod is adjustable up to 3/4" for precise fit during installation.
