The Bommer LB4311C-350 is a pair of heavy-duty spring door hinges, sized at 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" with a 1/4" radius corner. These single-action hinges are designed for spring door applications and accommodate both wood and metal doors.

Constructed from .130 gauge durable steel, these hinges are UL Listed R-4667 and certified Grade 1 for fire door applications. The package includes a tension adjusting tool, locking pins, and hardware for installation.
