The Bommer LB4310C-450 is a pair of 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" square corner spring door hinges, designed for door closing applications. This complete pack includes both hinges, a Tension Adjusting Tool, Locking Pins, and installation hardware.

Constructed from heavy-duty .134 gauge steel, these hinges feature an ANSI template screw hole pattern for use with both wood and metal doors. They are UL Listed for fire door applications and certified Grade 1 for 1 million cycles.

Available in various finishes including Satin Nickel, Satin Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze, and Bright Brass, the hinges offer precise control over the door's closing force via adjustable tension.
