The Bommer LB4311-350 is a pair of single-acting spring hinges, each measuring 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" with a 1/4" radius. This pack includes tensioning tools, locking pins, and hardware for installation.
These durable hinges are UL Listed for fire door applications, certified Grade 1 for 1 million cycles. The tension adjusting tool allows determination of the closing force applied to the door, while the included hardware accommodates both wood and metal door frames.
