Double Acting Spring Hinge with Hold Open for Light Duty Louvered Doors (Note: Can be used on non louver doors - Maximum door weight for 42" high door is 18 lbs. when using 2 hinges). Door flange is mortised or surface applied into edge of door. Jamb flange is surface applied to door jamb. For doors 1-1/8" to 1-1/2" thick.

Bommer's patented Hold Open Feature: Holds door in open position when door is opened at least 90 degrees. To release door simply push door gently.

Bommer 1515-H Double Acting Spring Hinges permit doors to open in either direction and automatically return to the closed position. Packaged completed with a Pair (2) Double Action Spring Door Hinges, Hold Open Clip, Tension Adjusting Tool, Locking Pins plus wood mounting screws.

The included Tension Tool is use to adjust spring tension. The Locking Pins hold the Spring in tension after it is set. These adjustable tension spring hinges allow you to determine how much closing force you apply to the door (how hard/fast the door self closes).
