5" Double Acting Spring Hinge with classic ball tips. Box clamp type door flange is attached to door with thru-bolts and nuts. Jamb flange is surface applied to door jamb. Available for doors 1-1/8" and 1-1/4" thick. Packaged with all mounting hardware.
