Horizontal type double action floor spring hinge set includes top pivot, side plates, back plate, and wood screws. Double action spring hinges are typically used on restaurant doors or bar doors that open in both directions and require self closing. Hold open feature allows door to stay in the open position at approximately 85 degrees in both directions. Includes Top pivot and stainless steel side and back trim plates.

This floor spring hinge is for use on 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick doors up to 75 pounds. Adjustable tension spring allows you to determine how much closing force you apply to the door (how hard/fast the door self closes). Includes adjustment tool.
