PDQ 6300V605 Polished Brass Heavy Duty Vertical Rod Exit Device
Polished Brass heavy duty surface vertical rod exit device for use on medium and high traffic commercial, hospitality, institutional applications. Suitable for all doors (aluminum, hollow metal, or wood), durable enough for the most demanding applications.
For 30" - 36" Wide Doors, furnished standard with wood and machine screws, optional sex bolts available. Listed for UL 305 Panic and UL 10C Fire Exit Hardware up to 3 hours. ANSI/BHMA Certified Grade 1, A156.3 2001 Exit Devices. Non-handed. reversible for left or right hand doors. Polished Brass finish.
Meets requirements of the Buy American Act. ADA compliant and ICC/ANSI 117.1 for accessible and usable buildings. Compliant with FL #40297 +50/-50 psf 8080 18ga pair.

- Escutcheon Plate Keyed Storeroom Lever: Storeroom Function (ANSI F09) - Outside entrance by lever when latch bolt is retracted by Key. (Lever only opens door when the key is turned). Key removable only when locked. Wide Escutcheon Plate (2-3/4" wide x 8-1/16" high) with ADA compliant Lever.
