The Rockwood OH200 Series Concealed Overhead Stop & Holder is a standard duty, stainless steel assembly designed for medium traffic applications with single or double-acting doors.
This multi-function system features a heavy shock absorber spring providing 5-7 degrees of compression before reaching the deadstop. The stop function is UL listed for use in fire door assemblies, providing controlled movement and safety.
The unit ships as a stop but can be converted to a hold open or friction function in the field using the MF5012 adapter kit.
