The Emtek 8578 Quincy Thumbturn Only Deadbolt is a single-sided door lock designed for interior use only. This deadbolt is ideal for back exit doors where exposure of the lock mechanism is undesirable.

The lock accommodates door thicknesses from 1-5/8" to 3-3/8" and fits both 2-3/8" and 2-3/4" backsets. The unit features a 2-1/2" square body and projects 1-1/4" from the door surface.
