The Karcher Design UEPLQ40 is a Phoenix Lever assembly paired with a Plan Design Square Rose. This unit is available in polished or satin stainless steel finishes and features a 2 9/16" x 2 9/16" square rose construction.
The assembly is designed to accommodate doors requiring a 2-1/8" pre-bored opening and supports door thicknesses ranging from 1 3/8" to 2". It includes both T-Strike and Lip-Strike mechanisms.
Available options allow selection of various functions (DUM, PAS, PRI) and backset lengths (60 or 70) to match application needs.
