The Schlage S251PD is an Oval Handleset with Flair Lever, designed as a double locking entrance plate. This unit features a single cylinder deadbolt complemented by a turn button operated latch.
The two locks are interconnected; the inside lever retracts both the deadbolt and latch simultaneously for immediate egress. The outside deadbolt is operated by key, and the inside turn button controls the latch.
This assembly is designed for doors ranging from 1-3/8" to 2" thick, offering adjustable backset options of 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" to ensure proper fitment.
