The PDQ-6-N-08-PHL is a Narrow Escutcheon Plate Classroom Function Lever designed for Panic Devices, functioning as the exterior trim for exit devices.

This heavy-duty commercial set is suitable for all Narrow or Wide Stile Doors (aluminum, hollow metal, or wood) and covers standard 2-1/8" bore hole door preparation. It is designed for use with PDQ 6400 Series Rim/Surface or 6300 Series Rim/Surface Exit Devices. Available in multiple finishes and keying configurations.
