The Door Controls DC-808 is an intermediate offset pivot hinge designed to provide additional support for taller doors, keeping the middle section in alignment with the top and bottom pivot hinges.

This hinge is strictly for use with 3/4" offset pivot hinges and cannot be used with center hung doors. Note that this unit is not intended to be load bearing. Sold individually.
