The Bommer 7813 is a horizontal floor spring hinge set designed for double action, self-closing applications, typically found on restaurant or bar doors. The set includes the top pivot, side trim plates, and back plate.
This floor spring hinge is rated for doors up to 1-3/4" thick and 90 lbs. The adjustable tension spring and included tool allow for precise control of the door's closing force. Available finish is Bright Brass, Clear Coated.
