The Don-Jo 3212 is a Heavy Duty Overhead Door Holder/Stop providing a durable Hold-Open mechanism. This unit allows for selective Hold-Open or Stop function.

The Hold-Open tension is adjusted incrementally by turning the nut at the end of the 1/2 inch diameter stainless steel bar. A simple 90º rotation of the roller mechanism disables Hold-Open, allowing the unit to serve as a shock-absorbing stop.
