The PDQ MR-DB is a Grade 1 Mortise Deadbolt Lock Set, Extra heavy duty, and Windstorm Resistant. It conforms to Federal Specification FF-H-106 Type 86 and meets ANSI A156.13 Series 1000 standards.
The unit is designed for standard mortise 86 door preparation and accommodates 2-3/4" backsets. The mortise case is constructed from 13-gauge wrought steel, with the armored front available in brass or stainless steel.
Available in 630 Satin Stainless Steel finish, the lock includes a brass 6-pin cylinder. Keying options include Ordered One Lock, Keyed Different, or Keyed Alike.
