The Global DXML53SE is a Grade 1 entrance function mortise lockset, engineered for heavy-duty commercial applications. It features a solid brass escutcheon trim and is equipped with an ADA compliant lever.
Security is provided by the fire-rated latch bolt, which offers a 1" throw, and a Brass 6-pin Schlage "C" lock cylinder. The lockset achieves UL R15846 certification for 3-Hour Fire Rating.
This unit fits standard mortise 86 door preparations and has a 2-3/4" backset. Options include specific configurations for door handing, outswing, and keying requirements.
