The NGP HD5400-83 is a Half Surface Continuous Gear Hinge, ideal for door retrofits, renovations, or new construction where door mortising is impractical.
This 83" hinge accommodates door thicknesses from 1-3/4" to 2-1/4". A Continuous Gear Hinge consists of two full-height, paired, and geared leafs, each supported by Teflon-infused, self-lubricating bearings.
Available in Anodized Aluminum or Dark Bronze finishes, this hinge supports heavy vertical loads up to 600 lb.
