The Baldwin 8242 is a Contemporary Double Cylinder Deadbolt, designed to meet ANSI Grade 1 security standards. This lock features a double cylinder mechanism, allowing the latch to be thrown and retracted using a key from both the exterior and interior.

It fits 1-3/4 inch doors and requires a 2-1/8 inch door preparation. The lock offers adjustable backset options for 2-3/8 inches or 2-3/4 inches, and is available in multiple finishes including PVD Satin Nickel, Polished Brass, and Oil Rubbed Bronze.
