The PDQ MR-PFEF is a Grade 1 Commercial Mortise Lock Set with Escutcheon Trim, conforming to Federal Specification FF-H-106 Type 86 and ANSI A156.13-2002, Series 1000.
This extra heavy-duty lockset features a 13-gauge wrought steel mortise case (5-7/8" x 4-1/8" x 7/8") and is rated by UL/ULC for ‘A’ label (3 hour) applications. It accommodates standard mortise 86 door preparation with 2-3/4" backsets.
The system includes a brass 6-pin cylinder and Philadelphia solid zinc diecast trim, available in various keying options including One Lock or Keyed Different.
