The Rockwood 2960 Automatic Flush Bolt with Bottom Fire Bolt is designed for use with select fire rated wood core and composite doors.
This small profile unit offers quiet, smooth activation and features a fully automatic mechanism where the opening active door retracts the top bolt. The override feature prevents damage to the door or bolt if the bolt head is blocked from entering the strike.
The unit features an adjustable bolt head rod (up to 1/2" vertical adjustment) and is ADA compliant, requiring a low closing force of 3 lbs maximum.
