The Rockwood 494-RKW, 494R, and 494S are cast brass automatic door holders with stops, engineered for applications demanding frequent door hold-open functionality. They are ideally suited for clearances between the wall and door measuring 3-3/4".
This multi-purpose unit features a screw hole design allowing for precise alignment and permanent attachment. The holder can be mounted to the wall adjacent to a door strike, which can also be installed on the bottom of the door to serve as a foot pull.
